These terms cover your use of https://wnchomeimprovement.com and the ways you can contact WNC Home Improvement through it. By using the site, requesting an estimate, or opting in to text messages, you agree to them.

Wilbert Navarrete, doing business as WNC Home Improvement ("we", "us") operates this website. To reach us, call or text (650) 474-9096.
Estimate requests
Sending the estimate form, calling, or texting is a request for a free estimate. It is not an order and it does not create a contract. Prices, dates and scope are agreed in a written quote or agreement for the specific job, and that document governs the work. Anything on this site about pricing, timing or availability is general information and may change.
License
WNC Home Improvement is not a licensed contractor.
Text messages
WNC Home Improvement offers two optional text-message programs, each with its own checkbox on the estimate form. Neither is a condition of getting an estimate or of hiring us.
- Updates about your request: scheduling, reminders, and the status of your estimate or job.
- Offers and updates: occasional promotions and seasonal reminders.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message; you will get one confirmation and no further messages from that program. For help, reply HELP, or call or text (650) 474-9096.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; see our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. Do not use it to send spam, false requests, or automated traffic, or to interfere with the form or the site. We may block requests that do this.
The photos, text and logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Customer reviews are quoted from public posts with names shortened. You may not copy or reuse the photos or text commercially without asking.
Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. If any part of the site is hard to use with assistive technology, contact us and we will help you directly and fix the problem.
No warranty for the website
The website is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law, including in relation to work we perform for you under a separate agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the courts for San Mateo, California.
Changes
The effective date is at the top of this page. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date.
